Applying to MPI

Requirements

• Applicants should have attained 18 years of age.
• Submit a $100 application fee.
• Complete and submit the application form.
• Complete a satisfactory admissions interview.
• Applicants are expected to have at least 6 months Pilates experience.
• Candidates must have a mature understanding of themselves and others.
• Applicants are expected to be computer literate.

Application Process

1. Call to request School Catalog (608.274.2600).
2. Schedule first meeting with the Program Director to discuss program in greater detail To schedule a meeting: Call 608.274.2600 or email: madisonpilates@gmail.com
3. Complete and send application.
4. Submit resume with application.
5. Submit one letter of recommendation with application.
6. Submit a letter to the Program Director explaining why you would like to be accepted into school. The application, resume, letter of recommendation, and personal letter can be sent to:

7. You will be notified by letter of acceptance into school after all materials and fees have been received and meeting complete.
8. The program begins on September 7th at 5:30pm for school initiation.
